You can reach us by phone Monday to Sunday from 7:00–21:00, or conveniently via our contact form on our website.
When are the taxis in service?
Our taxi service is in operation 24 hours a day – including weekends and public holidays.
Can I reserve a trip in advance?
Of course. Advance bookings for airport transfers, weddings, corporate travel, or private appointments are possible at any time. For trips outside our telephone availability, we ask for an advance reservation.
How quickly is a taxi available?
Depending on location and availability, we aim for a fast and punctual pick-up.
Which regions do you serve?
We operate regionally and, on request, also for longer distances and transfers to other cities or federal states.
Are there surcharges at night or on public holidays?
Surcharges may apply depending on the tariff. We are happy to inform you transparently about the costs before the trip begins.

Do you offer patient transport?
Yes, we carry out trips to doctors, therapy sessions, hospitals, and rehabilitation appointments.
Can regular trips be arranged?
Yes, recurring appointments can be conveniently scheduled in advance.
Do drivers assist with boarding and alighting?
Of course, our drivers are happy to assist with safe boarding and alighting.

Yes, companions are of course welcome to travel along.
Wheelchair Taxi & Barrier-Free Travel
Do you offer trips with wheelchair transport?
Yes, it is possible to transport a foldable wheelchair in our vehicles. Our drivers are happy to assist with boarding and alighting.
Does a wheelchair taxi need to be reserved in advance?
If you have a powered wheelchair, we have a specially equipped wheelchair taxi which must be reserved well in advance.
Can companions travel along?
Yes, companions are of course very welcome.
Which wheelchairs can be transported?
Most standard wheelchairs without electric drive are foldable and can therefore be transported without difficulty. Electric or non-foldable wheelchairs can only be transported in the specially converted wheelchair taxi. We are happy to advise you personally.
Is barrier-free travel possible at night?
Yes, our wheelchair taxi is available subject to availability at night and on weekends and public holidays, but only with timely advance reservation.

Do you offer corporate travel?
Yes, we carry out reliable business trips for companies and employees. With our Mercedes E-Class saloons, we have the right vehicles for you.
Are there corporate accounts or monthly billing?
Yes, we offer flexible billing options for corporate customers.

We are of course happy to collect your guests, clients, or business partners professionally.

Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we bring you reliably and punctually to the airport and pick you up again on your return.

Yes, for booked pick-ups we take flight delays into account and adjust the pick-up time accordingly.
Do drivers help with luggage?
Of course, our drivers are happy to help with loading and unloading your luggage. For large amounts of luggage, we have people-carriers and Mercedes Vito minibuses in our fleet.
Can I book the outward and return journey together?
Yes, outward and return journeys can be conveniently reserved together.

Do you offer wedding shuttles?
Yes, we organise individual shuttle trips for the wedding couple and their guests.
Can larger groups be transported?
Depending on requirements, larger vehicles for group travel are also available.
Can return trips / home shuttles after the celebration be arranged?
We of course ensure that your guests get home safely and in a relaxed manner.
Is individual planning possible?
Yes, we plan trips and shuttle services entirely according to your wishes.
Do you also travel to events and concerts?
Yes, we offer reliable transport to events of all kinds.

Do you drive late at night?
Yes, our night taxi is available around the clock for you, subject to reservation.
Are night trips also possible on weekends and public holidays?
Yes, we of course also drive on Friday and Saturday nights as well as on public holidays.
Can I pre-book a taxi for the night?
Yes, advance bookings are possible and appreciated.
Are group trips at night possible?
Yes, on request we also organise night trips for several people with our Mercedes Vito minibuses (8 persons)
Vehicles & Equipment
Are there people-carrier taxis?
Yes, our E-Mercedes estates have ample room for 4 people with luggage. Our Mercedes Vito buses can accommodate up to 8 people.
Are child seats available?
Yes, child seats and booster seats are available on request with advance reservation.
May I bring pets?
The transport of pets is only possible after prior arrangement. Guide and assistance dogs may of course travel at any time.
Are your vehicles air-conditioned?
Yes, our vehicles offer modern comfort including air conditioning.
Are the vehicles regularly cleaned?
Cleanliness and maintenance of our vehicles are our highest priority.
Prices & Payment
What does a taxi ride cost?
The cost depends on the distance, journey time, and tariff. We are happy to provide you with an approximate fare estimate in advance.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, you can conveniently pay cash, by debit card, or by credit card.
Do I receive a receipt for my trip?
Of course, on request we issue a receipt in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
