Note: The values are model values, based on the sources from the methodology. The column “km one way” makes visible that rural mobility is strongly shaped by supply journeys. One taxi ride here means a one-way trip; a shopping trip with return journey therefore counts as two taxi rides!

Calculation logic

Monthly car costs = Fixed costs + (Annual km × variable costs ÷ 12) + Parking costs
Taxi budget = Monthly car costs − Public transport costs
Possible taxi rides = Taxi budget ÷ average taxi costs per one-way trip

  3. Which public transport fares are the most affordable lawful options?
  4. Which local taxi fares are bindingly applicable?
  5. Which average trip lengths are to be assumed?
  6. Which parking costs realistically apply at the place of residence and at the destination?
  7. How far is the nearest larger local supplier actually located?
  8. How far is the nearest pharmacy actually located?
  9. Where does parking management apply and where not?
